1. Your Booking
Your booking is based upon the services, styling elements, quantities, venue, event date and other details contained within your quotation, proposal, invoice and booking confirmation.
Your wedding or event date is not secured until:
we have confirmed our availability;
you have accepted the quotation or proposal; and
the required booking deposit has been received.
Until these steps have been completed, your date may remain available to other clients.
Once your booking has been confirmed, Love Stories Events reserves the relevant date, styling capacity, hire stock and operational time required for your booking.
Your quotation, proposal, invoice, booking confirmation and these Terms & Conditions together form your agreement with Love Stories Events.

2. Non-Refundable Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your wedding or event date.
The amount of the deposit will be confirmed within your quotation or invoice.
Your booking is not confirmed and your date is not reserved until the required deposit has been received by Love Stories Events.
Once received, the deposit is allocated towards securing your date, reserving our availability and styling capacity, reserving relevant hire stock and beginning the administration and planning associated with your booking.
If you subsequently choose to cancel your booking, the booking deposit is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The booking deposit forms part of your overall booking total and will be deducted from the final balance payable.
Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of your quotation and these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing within this clause affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights which may apply.

3. Minimum Spend and Collection Pricing
Love Stories Events operates a minimum styling spend, which will be advised at the time of enquiry or quotation and may change from time to time.
Our styled Collections are offered at a fixed Collection price, as detailed within your individual quotation.
The Collection price confirmed within your quotation at the time of booking is the price applicable to your wedding or event.
Once a Collection has been booked, the core Collection cannot be reduced, broken down or partially removed in order to reduce the agreed Collection price.
Our Collections are sold as complete styling packages rather than as individually priced hire items.
Where a Collection includes ceremony styling, reception styling, florals, candles, chair styling, centrepieces or other styling elements, subsequently deciding not to use one or more of those included elements does not create an entitlement to a deduction, refund or credit against the Collection price.
Any additional products, quantities or services requested above the agreed Collection will be shown separately within your quotation or invoice.

4. Additions and Reductions to Your Booking
We understand that wedding and event plans can evolve during the planning process.
Additional styling, décor, stationery, hire items or services may be added to your booking subject to:
availability;
staffing;
transport capacity;
sufficient notice; and
payment of the applicable additional charge.
Collection Bookings
Where you have booked one of our styled Collections, the agreed core Collection price is fixed and cannot be reduced.
Where additional products, quantities or services have been added above the agreed Collection, the value of those additional items or services may be reduced by no more than 10% prior to the Final Details Deadline.
The 10% reduction allowance applies only to the value of the additional products and services added above the Collection price. It does not apply to the core Collection itself.
For clarity, this means that a Collection cannot subsequently be reduced in price and the client cannot remove substantial quantities of additional styling after those items have been reserved and expect the booking value to be reduced accordingly.
Bespoke or Non-Collection Bookings
Where you have booked bespoke styling rather than one of our Collections, your booking cannot be reduced below the minimum spend applicable to your booking.
Any permitted reduction to services above that minimum spend will normally be limited to a maximum of 10% of the value above the applicable minimum spend, provided the request is made before the Final Details Deadline.
Items That Cannot Be Reduced
Items which have already been:
purchased;
personalised;
manufactured;
commissioned;
outsourced;
specifically ordered; or
otherwise committed to your wedding or event
cannot be removed from the booking once those costs have been incurred.
All reductions are calculated by financial value, rather than simply by the number of items being removed.
Any requested reduction must be confirmed by Love Stories Events in writing before it is considered agreed.

5. Payments and Final Balance
Payment dates will be clearly shown on your invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the outstanding balance will normally become payable between six and eight weeks before your wedding or event date.
All payments must be received by the due date stated on your invoice.
If payment is not received when due, we will contact you and provide reasonable opportunity for the outstanding balance to be paid.
Continued failure to make payment may result in the booking being treated as cancelled by the client.
Love Stories Events is not obliged to attend, install or provide hired items or services where the contractual balance remains outstanding.

6. Final Details, Guest Numbers and Booking Lock-In
Your final:
guest numbers;
table numbers;
room layouts;
chair quantities;
styling quantities;
stationery quantities; and
other relevant requirements
must be confirmed by the Final Details Deadline advised by Love Stories Events.
This will normally coincide with, or fall around, the date on which your final balance becomes payable, approximately six to eight weeks before your wedding or event.
Once the Final Details Deadline has passed and the final balance has become due or been paid, your booking and agreed price become final and no further reductions will normally be accepted.
After this point:
the Collection price cannot be reduced;
additional styling quantities cannot be reduced to obtain a refund;
a reduction in guest numbers does not reduce the agreed booking price;
a reduction in table numbers does not automatically reduce the agreed booking price;
unused hire items do not create an entitlement to a refund or credit; and
the booking will not be retrospectively recalculated because fewer guests ultimately attend.
This is because, by this stage, Love Stories Events will have planned and prepared your wedding around the final information provided to us.
This may include:
reserving hire stock;
declining other hire opportunities involving that stock;
purchasing or ordering items;
preparing décor and florals;
allocating stock;
planning table and room layouts;
scheduling staff;
organising transportation;
preparing, cleaning and packing equipment; and
committing operational time and resources to your wedding.
Reduction in Guest Numbers After Final Payment
If your guest numbers reduce after your final balance has become due or has been paid, we are unable to provide a refund, credit or retrospective price reduction simply because fewer guests will now be attending.
For example, if your booking has been planned, confirmed and paid based upon a particular number of guests and your guest numbers subsequently decrease shortly before the wedding, the agreed booking price remains unchanged.
Where practicable, we may adjust the physical quantities taken to the venue to reflect your revised requirements. However, this does not result in a retrospective reduction of the agreed contract price.
This applies to items including, but not limited to:
chair draping;
napkins;
charger plates;
table runners;
place settings;
stationery;
candles;
table styling;
florals;
centrepieces; and
other quantity-dependent décor.
Your contract price is based upon the final booking confirmed with Love Stories Events and the resources allocated to it, rather than the eventual number of guests who attend on the day.
Nothing within this section affects your statutory rights.

7. Additional Guests, Tables or Styling
Increases in guest numbers, table numbers or styling quantities are subject to availability.
Additional items will be charged at the applicable rate at the time they are added to your booking.
Where additional guests or tables require extra:
décor;
centrepieces;
florals;
candles;
chair styling;
fabrics;
stationery;
staffing;
transportation; or
installation time,
these will be quoted separately.
We cannot guarantee that additional stock requested close to the wedding or event date will be available.

8. Styling and Creative Interpretation
Love Stories Events provides a creative styling service.
Images, mood boards, portfolio photographs, artificial floral arrangements and photographs of previous weddings are intended to demonstrate our style, aesthetic and previous work.
They should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another wedding or event will be reproduced identically.
Every venue, room, table layout, lighting condition and wedding is different.
Where a particular aesthetic or design has been agreed, Love Stories Events will use reasonable care and skill to create a finish consistent with the agreed overall design.
Minor variations in:
flower positioning;
foliage;
fabric movement;
candle arrangements;
placement;
colour appearance;
individual décor pieces; and
styling composition
are a natural part of creative styling and do not constitute a failure to provide the contracted service.

9. Substitutions and Availability
Occasionally, an item may become unavailable due to circumstances including:
accidental damage;
loss;
deterioration;
previous event damage;
supplier failure;
discontinuation;
safety concerns; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where this occurs, we will substitute the affected item with an appropriate alternative of a similar style, quality and value wherever reasonably possible.
We will endeavour to source a like-for-like or aesthetically appropriate replacement in order to maintain the overall appearance and feel of your Collection or agreed styling design.
Where an unavailable item materially affects the overall design, we will discuss the proposed alternative with you wherever reasonably practicable.

10. Artificial Florals and Hire Stock
Unless expressly stated otherwise within your quotation, Love Stories Events floral styling uses high-quality artificial flowers and foliage.
Our floral Collections and décor are professional hire items and may be used across multiple weddings and events.
Minor signs of ordinary wear may occasionally be visible when items are inspected at very close range.
We will not knowingly install items which we consider damaged, unsafe, unsuitable or unpresentable for your event.

11. Venue Access and Set-Up
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that Love Stories Events has sufficient access to the venue to complete the contracted styling safely and within the available timeframe.
Access arrangements should be discussed with and confirmed by your venue before the wedding.
You must provide us with accurate venue access information as soon as it becomes available.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, our service includes the set-up attendance described within your quotation or booking confirmation.
Set-up on the morning of the wedding does not automatically include remaining at the venue throughout the ceremony, waiting on site for rooms to become available, waiting for guests to relocate or returning later in the day to undertake a room turnaround.
Where a venue cannot provide sufficiently early access for Love Stories Events to complete the contracted styling, you must notify us as soon as possible.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or reduced installation time caused by venue access restrictions which were not disclosed to us in advance.
Where access arrangements materially change after booking, additional staffing, attendance or travel charges may apply.

12. Ceremony-to-Reception Turnarounds
Where ceremony décor is intended to be repurposed for the reception, responsibility for moving the relevant items must be agreed in advance between Love Stories Events, the client and/or the venue.
The use of wording such as “repurposed for the reception”, “moved to the reception” or similar does not automatically mean that Love Stories Events will remain on site between the ceremony and reception.
Unless specifically included within your quotation, remaining at the venue to complete a ceremony-to-reception turnaround is an additional service.
Additional staffing and attendance charges may apply where we are required to:
remain on site following the initial installation;
wait for a ceremony to finish;
wait for guests to leave a room;
wait for a room to become available;
return to the venue later in the day;
undertake a room turnaround; or
carry out additional installation or styling following the ceremony.
Any anticipated turnaround requirement must be disclosed as early as possible.
Where an on-site turnaround requirement is disclosed only after the booking has been confirmed or close to the wedding date, we will endeavour to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee availability.
Any additional attendance or turnaround charge will be advised before the additional service is undertaken wherever reasonably practicable.

13. Moving Our Décor
Large, fragile, structurally assembled or specialist items must not be moved by the client, guests, other suppliers or venue staff unless this has been agreed with Love Stories Events.
Venue staff may move appropriate décor as part of an agreed room turnaround where the item can reasonably and safely be moved.
This may include:
floral arches;
broken arches;
moon arches;
plinths;
urns;
lanterns;
floral garlands; and
table centrepieces,
where the venue is satisfied that its staff can safely undertake the movement.
Draping installations, chandeliers and chandelier supporting stands must not be moved, repositioned, adjusted or interfered with unless this has been specifically discussed and agreed with Love Stories Events in advance.
These installations are positioned carefully to minimise risks and avoid obstructing:
guest walkways;
fire exits;
access routes; and
venue operations.
Where an item is moved, interfered with or repositioned contrary to our instructions, Love Stories Events will not be responsible for loss or damage arising directly from that unauthorised movement, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Tables and Chairs Must Be Ready
Unless expressly included within your quotation, all venue tables and chairs must be positioned and ready for styling before Love Stories Events begins installation.
A significant proportion of our scheduled installation time is required for the creative styling and preparation of your décor.
Moving, building, positioning or rearranging venue furniture is not part of our contracted styling service unless specifically agreed in advance.
The venue or its appointed staff are responsible for positioning tables and chairs prior to our arrival and for repositioning furniture during any room turnaround.
Love Stories Events will focus upon the styling elements included within your booking, which may include:
chair draping;
table runners;
charger plates;
napkins;
centrepieces;
floral installations;
candles;
top-table styling; and
reception table styling.
If tables or chairs are not ready when we arrive, the resulting delay may reduce the time available for installation.
Where significant additional labour or attendance is required because the room has not been prepared as agreed, an additional charge may apply.
Where the available timeframe does not allow the additional work to be completed safely, we may reasonably adapt the installation to enable the contracted styling to be completed as far as practicable.

15. Venue Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring that their venue is aware of and permits the styling being supplied.
This includes obtaining any necessary venue permission for:
candles;
electrical equipment;
chandeliers;
freestanding structures;
floral installations;
ceiling décor;
draping;
outdoor installations;
petals or confetti; and
securing décor to venue structures.
Love Stories Events will comply with reasonable venue health and safety requirements.
A venue's own terms and conditions do not automatically vary the agreement between Love Stories Events and the client.
If a venue imposes a restriction which materially affects the agreed styling, we will work with you and the venue to identify a reasonable alternative wherever possible.

16. Chandeliers and Freestanding Lighting
Our chandelier installations are specialist styling and hire items and will only be installed where Love Stories Events considers the proposed location safe and appropriate.
Freestanding chandelier installations are primarily intended for indoor use unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Where appropriate, chandelier stands should be positioned adjacent to a wall or in another protected position and away from busy guest walkways and high-traffic areas.
Electrical chandelier components supplied by Love Stories Events will be appropriately maintained and PAT tested where required.
A suitable electrical supply must be available where powered lighting has been booked.
Once installed, chandeliers and their supporting stands must not be moved, repositioned, adjusted or handled by:
guests;
children;
venue staff;
other suppliers; or
the client,
unless Love Stories Events has expressly agreed otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse installation or alter the requested positioning where we reasonably consider an installation unsafe.
Health and safety will always take priority over aesthetics.

17. Charger Plates
Charger plates supplied by Love Stories Events are provided as decorative styling pieces only, unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
They are not supplied as food-service plates and food must not be placed directly onto them.
Appropriate venue or catering crockery should be positioned on top of the charger plates.
The venue and/or caterer remains responsible for ensuring that food is served using appropriate food-safe crockery.

18. Candles and Lighting
Where real candles are permitted and have been agreed, their use remains subject to venue approval and appropriate fire-safety requirements.
Love Stories Events may substitute real candles with suitable high-quality LED alternatives where:
the venue prohibits naked flames;
conditions make real candles unsuitable; or
we reasonably consider the use of a naked flame unsafe.
Floating candles may only be installed where the venue and location permit their safe use.

19. Outdoor Styling and Weather
Outdoor styling is always subject to suitable weather, ground and environmental conditions.
Love Stories Events reserves the right to alter, relocate, postpone the installation of, or decline to install an item outdoors where conditions make installation unsafe or create an unreasonable risk of damage.
This may include:
strong winds;
rain;
storms;
extreme heat;
unstable or waterlogged ground; or
other unsafe conditions.
The final decision regarding the safe installation of our equipment rests with Love Stories Events.
Where reasonably possible, we will work with you and your venue to identify an appropriate alternative location or arrangement.
An outdoor design cannot always be replicated identically indoors.
Nothing within this section affects any rights you may have under consumer law.

20. Health and Safety
Love Stories Events reserves the right to refuse to install, operate, relocate or continue using equipment where we reasonably believe doing so could create a health and safety risk.
We may alter or remove an installation where circumstances subsequently make it unsafe.
Clients, guests, children and venue staff must not:
climb on our installations;
lean against freestanding structures;
hang objects from installations;
interfere with electrical equipment;
move restricted installations; or
otherwise interfere with equipment contrary to our instructions.
Children must be appropriately supervised around candles, glassware, freestanding installations, electrical equipment and other décor which could present a risk if interfered with.

21. Hire Period and Ownership
All hired décor and equipment remains the property of Love Stories Events at all times.
Hire is for the agreed event and hire period only.
Hire items must not be:
removed from the venue;
taken home;
given to guests;
transferred to another location;
sold;
disposed of; or
retained beyond the agreed hire period
without our prior written permission.

22. Loss, Breakages and Damage
The client may be responsible for the reasonable repair or replacement cost of hire items which are:
lost;
stolen;
deliberately damaged;
removed from the venue without permission;
damaged through misuse;
damaged through negligence; or
damaged because they have been moved or handled contrary to our instructions.
Normal wear and tear will not be charged.
Where damage or loss occurs, we will provide reasonable details of the affected item and any repair or replacement charge.
We will not charge more than the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing the affected item, taking its nature and condition into account.

23. Collection
Collection arrangements will be confirmed in advance wherever reasonably possible.
Unless otherwise stated within your booking, collection will normally take place following the event or on the following day at the agreed time.
The client is responsible for ensuring that Love Stories Events has reasonable access to retrieve our equipment.
Our hire items must remain accessible and must not be locked in an area which we have not been given permission or means to access.
Where we are required to undertake an additional journey because agreed collection access was unavailable, a reasonable additional collection charge may apply.

24. Client-Supplied Items
Where Love Stories Events agrees to position or incorporate décor or belongings supplied by the client, venue or another supplier, we will exercise reasonable care when handling those items.
We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration, inherent defects or damage arising from the inherent fragility, condition or unsuitability of third-party property unless the damage is caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
We recommend that clients do not provide irreplaceable, sentimental or exceptionally valuable items without discussing this with us first.

25. Other Suppliers
Love Stories Events regularly works alongside venues, florists, caterers, photographers, coordinators and other wedding professionals.
Each independent supplier remains responsible for their own:
services;
staff;
goods;
equipment;
actions; and
omissions.
Love Stories Events is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays or failures of an independent third-party supplier.

26. Client Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking, cancellation must be communicated to Love Stories Events in writing.
Your non-refundable booking deposit will be retained where you choose to cancel, subject to your statutory rights and applicable consumer law.
Where cancellation occurs after additional work has been undertaken or costs and commitments have been incurred, Love Stories Events may also be entitled to recover reasonable losses directly resulting from your cancellation.
These may include, where applicable:
work already completed;
planning and preparation already undertaken;
personalised or bespoke products;
non-recoverable purchases;
non-refundable third-party costs;
staffing or supplier commitments;
costs specifically incurred for your booking; and
reasonable loss resulting from reserving your wedding date and being unable to replace the booking.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable losses following cancellation.
Cancellation Close to the Wedding Date
As the wedding date approaches, a significant proportion of the work, purchasing, planning, stock allocation, preparation and staffing associated with your booking may already have taken place or become financially committed.
Accordingly, where a booking is cancelled within eight weeks of the wedding or event date, the cancellation charge may be up to the full outstanding balance, where this reasonably reflects the losses and commitments arising from the cancellation.
Any sums retained or charged will not exceed the amount that Love Stories Events is legally entitled to recover.

27. Statutory Cancellation Rights
Where your booking is entered into online, by telephone, by email or otherwise at a distance, you may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer legislation.
Where a statutory cancellation period applies, those rights take precedence over any conflicting provision within these Terms & Conditions.
If you specifically ask Love Stories Events to begin providing services during an applicable statutory cancellation period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services properly supplied before cancellation where the law permits.
Any products which are made to your specification or clearly personalised may be subject to different statutory cancellation rules.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict rights which cannot legally be excluded.

28. Postponement or Change of Date
Requests to transfer a booking to another date are subject to availability and are not automatically guaranteed.
Where we are available, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate one change of date.
Additional charges may apply where:
our pricing has subsequently increased;
additional staffing is required;
additional travel is required;
stock requirements have changed;
third-party costs have increased;
purchased items cannot be transferred; or
costs have already been incurred for the original date.
A substantially different date, venue, guest number or event may require a revised quotation.

29. Cancellation by Love Stories Events
In the unlikely event that Love Stories Events is unable to provide the contracted service and has to cancel your booking, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending upon the circumstances, we may offer:
an appropriate alternative;
transfer to another mutually agreed date; or
a refund of sums paid for services which we are unable to provide.
Where Love Stories Events cancels through no fault of the client and no suitable alternative is agreed, any refund required by law will be provided.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

30. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Neither party will be responsible for failing to perform an obligation where performance is prevented by an event genuinely outside that party's reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Such circumstances may include:
serious adverse weather;
fire;
flood;
government restrictions;
significant transport disruption;
venue closure; or
other exceptional circumstances.
Where this occurs, we will communicate with you as soon as reasonably practicable and explore reasonable alternatives, including rescheduling where appropriate.
Any refund, deduction, credit or amount retained will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the individual booking.

31. Travel, Parking and Access Costs
Any delivery, travel, accommodation, toll, congestion, parking or access costs included within your quotation will be stated where applicable.
Unexpected venue-imposed parking, access or similar charges which could not reasonably have been anticipated at the time of quotation may be charged separately.
Events requiring:
significant travel;
unusually early access;
late-night collection;
additional journeys; or
overnight accommodation
may incur additional charges.

32. Additional Attendance and Waiting Time
Your quotation is based upon the installation, attendance and collection arrangements agreed at the time of booking.
Where Love Stories Events is subsequently requested or required to:
remain at the venue for additional hours;
attend substantially earlier than originally agreed;
wait on site;
return later the same day;
undertake a room turnaround;
wait for a room to become available; or
make an additional journey,
additional staffing, travel or attendance charges may apply.
Where the requirement was not included within the original quotation, it will be treated as an additional service.

33. Changes Requested on the Wedding Day
We will always consider reasonable last-minute alterations where practicable.
However, changes requested on or immediately before the event date remain subject to:
available stock;
available staffing;
venue access;
health and safety considerations;
available installation time; and
any additional costs involved.
We cannot guarantee that a materially different design can be created on the wedding day from the design previously agreed.
Love Stories Events is not obliged to provide additional products or services which have not been booked and paid for.

34. Photography, Social Media and Portfolio Use
Love Stories Events may photograph completed styling for:
our portfolio;
our website;
social media;
marketing;
advertising; and
business records.
We may also request permission from your photographer or content creator to share professional photographs of our styling.
Images may occasionally include the couple where this is relevant to showcasing the overall wedding styling.
We will not intentionally use identifiable photographs focusing upon children for our promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
If you do not wish photographs of your styling or wedding to be shared publicly, please notify us in writing before your wedding date.
Professional photographs remain subject to the photographer's copyright and any applicable permissions.

35. Intellectual Property and Designs
Original styling concepts, proposals, mood boards, designs and creative materials produced by Love Stories Events remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
They must not be commercially reproduced, supplied to another styling business for direct replication or used to commission substantially identical styling from another supplier without our permission.
This does not restrict the couple's ordinary personal use of photographs from their wedding.

36. Complaints and Opportunity to Resolve an Issue
If you believe there is an issue with our styling or service, please raise it with Love Stories Events as soon as reasonably possible.
Where an issue is identified during installation or before the event begins, we should be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where reasonably possible, correct the issue.
We cannot reasonably resolve an issue during the event if we are not made aware of it until after the wedding.
Following the event, any complaint should be submitted to us in writing together with relevant photographs, information and details to allow us to investigate fully.
We will consider complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Nothing within this clause affects your statutory rights.

37. Liability
Love Stories Events will perform its services with reasonable care and skill.
We will not be responsible for loss or damage caused solely by matters outside our reasonable control or by the acts or omissions of:
the client;
guests;
the venue;
independent suppliers; or
other third parties,
where Love Stories Events is not legally responsible for that loss or damage.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing excludes liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
rights and remedies which cannot legally be excluded under consumer law.

38. Client and Venue Information
The client is responsible for providing Love Stories Events with accurate and up-to-date information relevant to the booking.
This includes:
venue details;
event date;
ceremony time;
reception time;
venue access times;
room turnaround requirements;
guest numbers;
chair numbers;
table numbers;
room layouts;

relevant health and safety requirements communicated by the venue.
Love Stories Events relies upon this information when planning:
staffing;
stock;
transportation;
scheduling; and
installation.

39. Communication and Written Agreements
Any material change to your booking should be confirmed in writing.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, written communication includes email and other written electronic correspondence where the communication can reasonably be retained.
An informal conversation between the client and their venue, or between the venue and another supplier, does not alter Love Stories Events' contractual obligations unless Love Stories Events has agreed to the change.
Where a specific arrangement has been individually agreed between you and Love Stories Events in writing and conflicts with a general provision within these Terms & Conditions, the individually agreed arrangement will normally take precedence in relation to that particular booking.

40. Data Protection
Love Stories Events will use the personal information you provide in order to administer and fulfil your booking, communicate with you and meet our legal and business obligations.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
Information may be shared with venues, suppliers or contractors where reasonably necessary to fulfil your booking.

41. Entire Agreement
Your:
quotation or proposal;
booking confirmation;
invoice;
any specifically agreed written variations; and
these Terms & Conditions
together form the agreement between you and Love Stories Events.
These documents should be read together.

42. Severability
If any provision within these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

43. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing within this clause removes any right a consumer may have to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where consumer law gives them that right.

44. Acceptance
By accepting our quotation or proposal and paying the required booking deposit, you confirm that:
you have had the opportunity to read these Terms & Conditions;
you understand that they form part of your agreement with Love Stories Events; and
you agree to be bound by them.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
